MUM AND MINI'S
These classes allow you to be guided through sessions designed to work on rehabilitation post pregnancy in a challenging
yet safe and effective manner.
Best suited for women post pregnancy 6 + weeks.
Your mini's are welcome and encouraged to come along
with you in a relaxed and nurturing environment.

BEGINNERS INDUCTION SESSION

We like to take beginners through an intro session which is a once off payment of $60, this is a small group class only allowing up to 3 people to book in.
These classes go into more detail on the bed set up, body positioning and
how to connect and activate with your body correctly.
These classes allow beginners to feel a lot more comfortable and
informed before joining a main stream class.
They are organised between the studio and new clients outside
of the current timetable.

ESSENTIAL
Essential is an All Abilities class designed for all
fitness and experience levels.
Instructors will give progressions throughout all exercises so that you are able to take the challenge that feels comfortable in your body.

PRENATAL
This workshop will prepare your body for pregnancy,
labour and motherhood by improving your strength,
flexibility and ability to recover.
Fun, intimate, informative studio setting with small group sizes.
This workshop runs in blocks of 6 weeks.

Start your Pilates experience with a 1 on 1 exclusive or a 2 on 1 class
with our experienced instructors.
Then move into our group classes.
